We are opening our kitchen for a summer of high-performance creation and professional mentorship. Designed for aspiring chefs and young leaders, our Summer Culinary Series is where Charlottesville’s next generation finds their ‘kitchen superpower.’
Led by Chef Ami, this isn’t just a cooking camp—it’s a work-readiness program disguised as an elite culinary experience. We prioritize a professional environment where students master technical skills, from Knife Mastery to farm-to-fork execution, while developing the essential life skills of teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
