EMPLOYER SERVICES

Great Properties Are Built by Great Teams.

When your team changes, your standards shouldn’t. We train your people to deliver the experience your guests expect, every service.

OUR APPROACH

Exceptional Guest Experiences Begin With a Well-Trained Team.

Behind every memorable meal, every seamless event, and every returning guest is a team that takes pride in its craft. When that team matters most, leaders turn to us.

I.

We Start With Strengths.Every team member brings skills to the work. We help them see those skills and build from there.
II.

We Develop More Than Skills.Communication, teamwork, and accountability matter as much as technique. When people understand their value, they engage differently.
III.

We Invest for the Long Term.Training is not a one-time fix. We strengthen the team you have, grow it, and build a pipeline that keeps it strong.

QUESTIONS

What Leaders Ask Us.

What services does Culinary Concepts AB offer hospitality employers?

Six services: Talent Connection, the Kitchen Audit, Essentials Workshops, Talent Development Seats, the Dedicated Cohort, and the Cornerstone Investment. Each one develops your team, from a complimentary first step to a full year of training.

What is a kitchen audit?

An in-person assessment of your culinary operation. We evaluate your team’s technical and professional skills, place a dollar value on each opportunity benchmarked against national standards, and recommend practical next steps.

Who are Essentials Workshops for?

Every department, not just the kitchen. These two- to three-hour, hands-on workshops use food as the connector to build communication, teamwork, and other professional skills.

How long is a Dedicated Cohort, and who can join?

Seven weeks, for teams of six to eight. Each program is built around your operation, your menus, and your kitchen standards, with Weekly Development Reports throughout.

What is the Cornerstone Investment?

Our most complete training: a full year that includes a dedicated cohort, two Essentials workshops, two kitchen audits, a graduation pop-up dinner, access to the CCAB alumni network, and VIP invitations to CCAB dinners.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many properties begin with Talent Connection or a Kitchen Audit, then grow into a program.

Can we combine options?

Yes. Each proposal is built around what your organization needs now and next.

Where does training take place?

It depends on the program. Your proposal confirms the training location and schedule for your team.

Will training affect service?

Dedicated programs are built around your staffing schedule, so your operation runs as usual.

How do we get started?

With a 15-minute conversation. Complete the Workforce Stability Assessment, and we will recommend the right fit and send a proposal with one clear investment.

YOUR PROPOSAL, PREPARED FOR YOU
