Partner with Us to Hire Our Students!

Our Vision

  • Our hope is that there is synergy between the student and employer that will lead to a career pathway that provides a liveable wage. Thus, any job offer must be at least $15/hour with opportunity for advancement.
  • Offers can be on-call, part-time, or full time

Our Commitment

  • We will follow up with students after 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months to check on their situation and career
  • We provide ongoing mentorship with students at their request
  • We inform students of additional CCAB educational and certification opportunities.

By partnering with Culinary Concepts AB, employers have the opportunity to do more than hire new employees. We offer the opportunity to invest in passionate culinarians who want to be a part of a team, giving you direct access to a new talent pipeline.  This program helps individuals recognize and connect their lived experiences to goals through our life skills and social training. We give students the tools to succeed in life and the kitchen. We teach these skills through the lens of hospitality and culinary arts.

How it works

Each of our Go Cook students are required to complete 1 shift (4-8 hours) with at least 3 different employers. By scheduling a Job Trails shift with our students, employers benefit from evaluating students prior to making a job offer to a candidate. Students benefit from the program as they are provided a unique opportunity to work with several prospective employers prior to accepting an offer.

The CCAB Job Trails program gives students hands-on experience and a chance to work with industry professionals in different kitchens and business environments.
