Youth Three Week Cooking Series I- Class 3
This class will meet once a week on every Wednesday over three weeks, 11/6, 11/13 and 11/20. During that time, we will show you how to identify flavors, understand basic knife skills, and how to make salad dressing using different types of emulsifiers.
