About This Class

Isn’t it about time you learned how to breakdown your own chicken? We’re here to take you through the entire process from beginning to end, with secret tips on how the pros do it.

Our Chefs will walk through some of their favorite tips and tricks they use in the kitchen to prepare five-star meals.  You will also learn how to marinate and cook each cut using different cooking techniques. The best thing about it? You’ll leave with a step by step game plan for pulling the same meal off at home.
